I used Plasti-Dip to black out mine and spread the project out over several weekends doing a little bit at a time. It's holding up good so far after 4 or 5 months.

I plasti dipped the fog light bezels on mine a few months ago. I took them off and from what I remember there are some tabs on each corner of the bezel. I used a flat head screwdriver to pry the bezel a little and then reached under the hood to feel for the tabs and pushed them off each slot...
