well the funny thing is it runs like a champ when cold. as soon as it reaches operating temp it starts pining. i just had the heads done so its ok there. it almost seems like something is causing the timing to advance. will a bad bearing in a pulley cause the knock sensor to advance the timing...

Well the brake switch worked so replace it or adjust it. I tried to adjusting mine but it still did it. i think its a two way switch because my brake lights still worked. Now everything is ok.

I have this problem i think i may have figured it out. Check your brake switch, mine would buck when i would be in cruise control. if i put my foot under the break pedal and lift it wouldint do it anymore so i think its the brake switch i picked one up at a wrecking yard for 5 bucks ill post...
