No one runs those shocks on the middle perch, paired with eibach springs unless they wanna blow out a shock prematurely and replace cvs more often. Lower them to the first or second perch and they should fit. I have the same set up.

I got gas :boink: But in the last month... I got new 17" FJ cruiser wheels + used 285/70/17 bfg ATs (85% tread) for $596 at les schwab, woooo :bolt: And I color matched (sorta) my bumpers. #nochrome Lift goin on next weekend. Should be fun :becky: :rockon:

Yes but you'll rub while turning. I run 285 bfg ATs and I rub pretty bad. Get a small spacer lift or do some trimming

Hey man I know these are sold, but I'm just about to pull the trigger and buy the exact set up. 881s and RC shocks. Wondering how they felt on and off road?

Tundra 5100s have five notches for adjustability, the other 5100s are tacoma shocks, with only 3 notches. The tundra 5100s can just be fine tuned to the amount of lift you want.

If you aren't gonna get a suspension lift, only a body lift, 265/75/16s are gonna be the best size, slightly bigger then your 265/70s but won't rub. Try an all terrain tire for a more aggressive look as well.

When I bought my 4runner it had a straight pipe (no cat) and it had noticeably better acceleration. I remember being like whoa when I test drove it. Then I got a cat installed and driving back from the shop I couldn't believe the difference. Way less power off the line and going from like 45mph...
