The thing you must understand about these tools is that they can only display what the vehicle's computer is willing to share. The ECM may in fact be measuring oil temp and trans temp, but if it does not make this information available through the OBDII connector, then it can not be displayed...

A less costly option. You should check out ultra-gauge.com. Its more capable and yet only a fraction of the cost. I have one and it just works great. :hatsoff:
