My first free from a dealer was a joke. They forgot the oil filter and I figured out 6K miles later.

Gettel Toyota of Lakewood in Bradenton, FL. Didn't put in the oil filter and only tightened one lug nut per wheel during a tire rotation. Never going back there again.
