Is the DOM square tube for the tubes that connect to the frame bracket?

Yup too late. That said I purposely removed the studs so I could clean all the old paper gasket. Didn't think to loctite them though but with any luck it will be a long time till I'm in there again.

As long as the rubber is properly bonded it should work fine. It does have a 1 year no questions warranty so I'm okay with being a guinea pig. Worst comes to worse I swap in my OEM bumps while it's being warrantied.
