so, will toyota dealers service lexus at their lower hourly rate?

I am currently driving a 2007 4runner. with 260k, i'm not sure how much longer i will be owning it. i have considered Lexus models in the past. can anyone comment on the cost difference between servicing them. I've never looked into it before.

Just noticed a hole in the lower inner front of the rear wheel well. One side has it, one side does not. There is debris that was washed inside it. Recommended course of action? Gonna try and scrape out and dry the rocker interior, and at least temporarily seal the hole with some roof/window...
