The 31/10.50's are bigger. They are equal to the 265/75/R15. Those tires would not change your MPG that much because they are not that aggressive.

The Dueler AT's are nice. I like my Cooper Discoverer ATR's also. The michelin AT2's are not aggressive at all. Neither are the cross terrains.
