Its not a mixture too rich code. I fixed move as well. It was the green vsv switch on the intake manifold. It wouldn't click and.open the.solenoid when I applied 12v

when you say EGR switching valve (VSV), your talking about the green one under the manifold? I have the same thing and ruled out the EGR modulator that sits on top of the EGR. Where and how much did you pay for the VSV?

The worst part on the 4 runner exhaust is the Y-pipe after the headers. They just crimped the two pipes into one. This is a direct replacement that uses factory flanges. Built for a 4.7 V8 regardless of what muffler you have, this is an improvement on the whole system. Make me an offer
