I had the same thing but no ABS light when I got my '04 SR5 aligned after a 3" lift put on. I took it to a local shop and got them to do a zero point calibration. The guys there should know what you're talking about. Only cost me $45 with no diagnostic fees!

I did the same thing. I have a 3.5mm input in the dash below the caution lights button and a USB connection in that little compartment.

I believe I've read on this forum that it's supposed to do that. I think it might have something to do with the brake hold feature/traction control? Mine does it as well, my runner was clicking a lot when we got some snow and ice this past winter. It will also do it if you're at a stand still on...
