Was easy there is a torx screw on the inside of the door frame, remove it then slide the trim and get a long flat head screw driver and push against the lower inside section of the trim and it pops out

I believe this was the drivers door 68161-35060 Passenger front 68162-35060 Here are the rear doors but don't know which was right or left 68163-35030 68164-35030
