Did the front upper and lower control arm bushings with a new alignment. Followed mtbtim videos. Also did the front sway bar bushings. Completely changed the way it drive's. No more steering wheel shake and no more shaking while driving freeway speeds.

Did this awhile ago works slick.

Replaced spark plugs and wires. Had a misfire on number 4 due to the spark plug wire. When removing the spark plug the threads were stripped on number 4 also, seams to be a common problem. Got the TIME-SERT spark plug repair kit. Kit number 4412E-111 from Amazon. Glad to have it back running.

120v Should be just fine. I have a Lincoln 135 plus and it works great.

Fan motor for the rear heater.

Do you have a welder? I made my own pulley removal tool with some studs and a bearing race, then welded it to a piece of 2x3 square tubing. Its ugly but has pulled many of Toyota crank pulleys off. I have found most inexpensive air tools can't bust the bolt loose.

#27 I was a long time lurker. I have had my T4R for almost 6 years. Lot of maintenance but no mods yet.

I have seen heat shields, small rocks, catalytic converter, or the innards of the muffler all cause noise at low rpms.

I have been towing this for most of the summer. Lots of mountain passes, 3rd gear and maintain 55 most of the time.
