No. Sorry. No idea if the panels are the same. I know I know someone with a 2000...If no one else knows the answer, I'll see if I can actually compare. The seat isn't ripped and may clean up fine, but the vinyl part that makes up the side of the seat bottom is cracked up. Thanks, Ryan

Fender is fine...but I'd guess shipping would be a real bear on a fender. Windshield washer reservoir can go. I'll double check that it's not cracked.
