Catalytic converter I just took out the catalytic converter and unfortunately that was not the problem now I'm stumped any suggestions?

Sparks plugs Just changed spark plugs and wire set and still having same problem with bogging down. So I looked at the engine while my buddy pushed the gas and I could see little bit of smoke coming out the catalytic converter. So that might be the problem it might be clogged

Another thing I might add is I don't drive it as much as I did a year n half ago since I got a company van I probably only drive it on weekends ands maybe twice during the week sometimes more

Mine is a 02 4Runner 3.4 4wd never had this problem before but when I did buy the car 3 years ago it did have the check engine light on with the vcs light on but checked and nobody said it was a concern

I'm having the same problem and haven't figured it out yet started with it barely starting and now it's starting to bog down
