Personal vendetta? I don't know about that. I've pretty much moved on from the fact that they sold me a product that does not fit, and refuse to respond to me about that. I want to make sure no one else follows the same path that I did of thinking it was a cool product and not looking up...

Perhaps could have, but it would seem surprising that the window recess changed shape that much and the window still worked? In any event, we'll never know since they haven't replied after almost a month (I sent them my email with videos on May 21). I'm not one to trash talk a company lightly...
