This may sound silly but do you have a stock or aftermarket radio? I had the same problem, and it turned out I had wired the radio slightly wrong and the rear speaker amps were draining my battery.

I guy up here swears by the VW turbo diesel swap. He's built a bunch for people, but they're not cheap. Stay away from the Yota diesels if power is your main concern. They weren't particularly strong.

Sorry for bumping an old thread - I'm going to dive into a caliper/rotor/pads replacement on my 2nd gen. Does anybody have recommendations for brands? There are so many out there.

I have a feeling this is it. I popped the hood and definitely am losing coolant. Enough that it sprayed everywhere. Looks to be at the lower bolt on the water pump. Yippee. How hard is it to change a water pump?

Hey guys, Was driving around this morning, everything working fine. Tonight, I get no heat from the front. It warms a bit, then gets cold again. Rear heater works fine. If I move the temperature switch all the way to the right I here a "_thwack" from somewhere near the glovebox. Any ideas?

Hopefully not hijacking, but why would one want to remove the add? As for the rear window, it is possibly the switch at the end of the key cylinder. It is not an easily serviceable part. Mine only goes down. Pain in the ass.

If the rear window doesn't work you can't open the trunk. Tailgate only goes down with the window.

16-17 mixed. Not too hilly around here, but some days my foot is heavier than others.

Put the 31s on earlier this year. Still pulls fine, for a 22re.
