23H mighty mounts perfect fit. However cross bars had to be removed, mighty mounts installed (with bolts in place) and then the cross bars re-installed. My Yakima Mako kayak carriers need 8 mounts total (2 sets). Cheaper than a new tower mount set but more work than I had...
