I just bought the IVA-W200. They did fix a few things with the IVA-W205, so I may sell my W200 to get the IVA-W205. I knew it was coming I was just too impatient to wait for the IVA-W205.

Like others in the forum that have complained, the metra kit kind of sucks, but I don't know of any other that works. I may have to custom fab some strips that look and fit better. I haven't decided if I care enough. The black strips bolt on to the sides of the factory brackets. They don't...

I didn't take any pictures of the head-unit mounting. I can't remember what the kit is. It is basically two plastic strips for along the sides. For the most part I just drilled new mounting holes in the bracket and slid the head-unit back about an inch.

The dynamat does reduce road noise. The truck is much quieter inside. This results in me not having to turn the stereo up quite as loud to overcome the noise. The Dynamat in the doors makes a huge difference in the way the door speaker

Updated: I've updated the pictures I have on this install. I've installed - remaining dynamat - Rear speakers - JL 300/4 amplifier -------------> Pictures Here <---------------- Almost done... still tunning.

Here is what I have going on. JL 300/4 & 500/1 and 1.5 Farad Cap. I'm in Arizona and so far no heat issue... but I image if I play it loud for a long period during a 100+ degree day I may have an issue. In the rear wheel well there is a vent (right below where the CAP is) to the outside, so...

I'm not sure. Mine has a bit of gap. You could try spacing the gap with some washers? If you find a better dash kit let me know. I think I have the same metra kit.

I ordered the Scosche NDAB for the two antenna cables... it looks like the right unit... if not it was only $4.99. Hopefully it is it.

I think that is the right dash kit... the same I am using with my 2Din head-unit. To get mine to flush mount I used the factory mounting bracket but not the factory holes in the bracket. It took me a bit to get it to flush mount.
