You're probably thinking about the left radiator support bracket that needs to be modified or removed to clear the sway bar with the Fox kit.

The fronts required modifying the left radiator bracket, some fabrication work was performed to clear the sway bar. The supplied spacers didn't allow enough clearance. I don't believe the correct rear shocks were sent. When mounting the reservoirs to the shock body with the supplied clamps...

I contacted TA yesterday about the spanner wrench and they shipped it yesterday evening. You may need to call and remind them. I spoke with Mike.
