I unfortunately haven't had a chance to work on it much. I have an idea on what I'd like to try though. It's just a matter of figuring out exactly how to implement it and then finding the time to do so.

4.45 is the firmware when the TPMS capabilities were first added, so we'll need to get your unit updated. If you'd like, send me a PM and I'll get you set up with a free update since you just purchased it.

Hmmm, hard to say why exactly it's not staying on well. Normally the OBDII connection is pretty snug once it's been pressed all of the way on. If you'd like, PM me your shipping info and I'll get a new cable sent out to you. No charge for the cable since we're trying to fix an issue.

We've recently released the firmware, but it can take some time before all the local dealers restock with it. If you happen to purchase a ScanGauge from a local dealer and it's not the latest firmware we'd be happy to update it for free.

The quick way is to blank out the first two characters of the TXD and then proceed to save the XGauge. That will remove it from the gauge list because the ScanGauge will see the first two characters of the TXD being empty and will assume the XGauge slot is empty and move on. Give these two...

I'm not sure if the tire number correlates to a specific tire to be honest. From what I understand with the TPMS programming procedure, any tire pressure sensor can be programmed to any tire number. It's possible there's a specific order that's used when they're programmed at the factory...
