Hey this was all very helpful to me. Sons 4runner had multiple codes, two of which were the p0442 and p0440 codes... after a little sniffing.... I was pretty sure it was a cracked roll over valve. I was able to find the valve and gasket and did the job in about 2.5 hrs...
