No rubber smell on the mat, however the mat had been used for number of years before it became my new cargo mat so it has had plenty of time to "off gas"
Turned an old truck bed mat that was laying around into a cargo mat.
Just traced out the existing OEM mat and cut it out with a razor.
Better than any of the ones you can buy IMO.

New front Koyo Wheel Bearings.
New CV Knuckle Seals
Rebooted both CV Axles
Threw on Toytec/Bilstein front coil overs (3" of lift)
Rear 1.5" Daystar Spacer (Waiting on rear Bilstein 5100s in the mail)
New brake pads all around
Oil & Filter Change...
