Great idea! It's been over a year and a half since I sold my '98 T4R and bought the '02 and I still occasionally try to put the cap on the non-existent holder when I fill up. I may have to see if DeathCougar has another fuel door with cap holder. Not so worried about the original paint color...

Mine started spasticly locking the day after I ran it through the car wash. I did the same thing, cleaned all the connectors with electronic cleaner and then hit them with silicone grease. Seems to have fixed it for now....
