Thanks for the response. Yeah, the 1/2" impact is totally overkill for engine disassembly, but it's the only power drill that I own. I've been breaking them free with a regular ratchet so far, I'm just trying to see if I can safely speed up the process a bit.

Noob question. I have a 1/2" DeWalt 20V Max impact wrench, can I use this to loosen bolts when doing engine work (don't worry, I'll tighten them with a manual torque wrench during reassembly) or will the impacting action run a risk of cracking metal on the engine?

Where are all the grounds, exactly? I can see the one attached to the plenum on the driver's side, and another one to the firewall on the passenger's.
