Funny - mine doesn't sound like that. Must be the "quiet V6". Seriously - my post was not meant to be cheap shots. Please do not respond like it was. In fact I have have never said anything bad about the V8.

For what it's worth - performance wise, the K&N made no noticeable difference when we dropped it in on the v8 during our 1/4 mile testing... in fact it ran a hair slower... There can be other benefits from dropping one in, they're just not in the numbers :)

Wow. It's cool to see their results were VERY close to ours, both our v6 and v8 running 15.8's-15.9's in the 1/4 mile and their test vehicle doing a 15.9 Sweet :)
