Might want to check your dates - 2021? Sounds like you're talking about a different non-5th gen model perhaps. And your problems have nothing to do with the OP's problem.

My experience has been extremely hit or miss. Sometimes I can log on fine, most of the time not so much. I've also reported it, and gotten the "known issue, working on it" reply. Fortunately the app doesn't provide any must-have features, so it's not a big deal for me.

Same car here - mine will play flacs, although I stopped using the usb drive because of the weird sorting issues mentioned above. Using Neutron player via carplay sounds just as good, and has tons more usability.

Ok, gave this a shot - while it seems to be working as far as my computer is concerned, it's not making any difference as far as the car sees the drive. I sorted all the directories, and saved them, but things are just as messed up as before. Further investigation is called for...(again)
