Bought my 1998 SR5 4x4 manual w/ e-locker and 208k miles on it in October for $4500. Put in about $3k since then to take care of some major items (LBJs, timing belt, rear axle seals, rear brakes, tires).
I'm trying to do the rear seal and have two questions:
- Where is the zerk fitting to collapse the drive shaft?
- Tips on how to push the drive shaft away from the companion flange? Mine seemed like it was pretty well stuck together.
