FIXED! The ground wire on the drivers side had no continuity. I attached an alligator clip to the ground tab of the bulb and gently slid the connector on as best as it could fit and ran the other alligator clip to the negative terminal. All lights function like normal. High beams, everything...

Yes I do but they have been disabled for quite some time. I re-enabled them but the problem persists.

Took the switch apart, cleaned out dirty dilectric grease, no change. Replaced ground wire from battery to fender cowl no change. Battery power and power at bulb is the same however ground terminal on drivers side bulb shows 7 volts. When i hit the high beams all terminals on drivers bulb show...

This is the EXACT problem I am having. Did anyone figure this out? Both headlights are super dim and brownish. If it turn on the high beams only the passenger light comes on and it appears to be full strength. I have ohm'd out all of the fuses and they are good.

Ordered mine yesterday. 17x9 et -12 with 315/70/17 going on a 3rd Gen 4runner.

I'm wondering this as well. My 2002 is ready for a lift.
