I purchased a 2012 TE with Entune in Feb and just received this e-mail from Toyota: I'm not sure how much of this I will use, but it's good to see Toyota making enhancements available to existing customers.

It isn't a perfect fit (it is a little tight), but the end of the box away from the tissue opening is folded in a way that allows it to be squeezed/compressed while inserting it into the slot. I don't have any problem getting the tissues out of the box.
