I got the Auto Zone calipers and am not experiencing that rust issue.
Here are the rotors that I got for <$100!

I used Toyota OEM pads and shims and am happy with that choice.

I just finished this upgrade on my 2000 4Runner and can confirm that JAOS Excel Pro II 16" wheels will fit over the tundra calipers with no issues at all.
