Bilstein 5100 with Eibach 620's stiff/rough?

So just be clear if i have a bumper and a winch third notch with 5100's and eibach 620 coils?

What notch did you end up using on the bilstiens with eibach coils? and do you know if the eibach coils will sag with a bumper and a winch?

Will the eibach coils support an arb bumper and winch without sagging? and if so what notch should i use the bilstiens on?

Last q If you did have a bumper and a winch would it be okay to use the second notch on the 5100's? Without damaging them ?
