Hi all, this thread was very helpful for me (thanks everyone!), so I want to contribute with my info. Hopefully this is valuable for the next person.
Just installed a full set of Bilstein 5100s, front and rear. Fronts set at 0.85". OEM springs, no spacers.
The end result: front went up 1.25"...
