Replacing Head gasket on 2.7L; prior to removing camshafts the crankshaft was set to TDC; timing chain mark vertical, and the "dots" on the Intake and Exhaust cams aligned, EXCEPT they were one (1) tooth off...

1) When reinstalling the cams should I align the "dots"...
