I got one of mine done last night, other front shock had wrong shock in the right box. I definitely had the bushing compressed after tightening down. Is the bottom washer installed?

Was hoping to have some 5100’s installed today. Got the parts in, opened package, checked the part numbers, and all looked good until I got both sides of the front torn apart and found one right box had one wrong part.
