You can put some anti squeal stuff (not sure of the proper name) on your pads. They should carry it at any parts store. You may have also glazed your brakes - driven for a period of time with the parking brake partly engaged. The only way to get rid of that squeal is time (or new brakes).

This has been discussed a lot in other forums. You should use the octane gas that is suggested in the user manual (87) unless you're using forced induction or have retarded your timing. If you want the scientific reasons for this I can get them for you.

You probably haven't gotten any replies because you need to search first. There is plenty of info on here about what you want to know. To answer your question though, intake, exhaust, headers, supercharger is the order I'd go in if I were you.
