Bad news... Finally disconnected the connector from the actuator and found out the same results from this forum: KDSS light flash and then on. 2010 GX 460 - Club Lexus Forums #4 PIN is broken off the assembly and jammed (from corrosion) into male connector, wish is also broken...

I'm not able to disconnect the connector from the actuator. Any tips on how to remove it?

So, if I understand correctly, I would only have to swap the sway-bars from a SR5 and remove any unnecessary parts ?

I'll follow what my dealer told me: let it be that way. I don't see myself replacing the Accumulator every 35 000 miles...(2 600$ CAD for the job)!!! It makes no sense!

Yeah, but the truck will have a complete new suspension for that price.

2.6K is a lot for just a little corrosion on a pump! Truck has 56229 Kilometers (about 35000 miles). At that price point, I can swap out the entire suspension.

Can I just ignore the KDSS pump failure like the service department told me? What will happen over time? If a leak develop in the system, what is the real impact on driving?
