Nice build. Can you give me the brand/info on the brackets holding the rear lights on the rack. I'm also going to change out my 32" for a 40 or 42" I've had that 32" for years and never had an issue with it. Again, great job on the build.
Got my rack almost a year ago. Still love the crap out of it. Use it all the time. Even got me out of a jam when they dropped off a lift without fuel I drug it out of the way then used my 8ft ladder on top of the rack to finish the job. Not the safest way but job done.

its only 32" 18,600 lum. There is no wind noise with the light bolted on, without it or the air dam it sounds like the tires are out of balance (it's weird) Sorry for the delay, was not in the area.
you cant really leave the trim piece off, there are about 14 slotted holes in the bumper cover. the sr5's do not have that front trim and no holes...I thought about swapping out for a no holed sr5 cover but just painted mine black and went on my merry way
Cool. I did it 2 hrs after I left dealer lot. I also pulled grill and lightly painted black the silver ac condenser because I could see it thru the grill
