I would recommend OEM Toyota radiator hoses. They usually are only a few dollars more and the fitment is much better.

It's more than likely you are low on freon or a blend door is not moving all the way. You should be able to see if the dampers are moving in their full range of motion by looking under the dash. If that is good take it to a shop and have the a/c recharged. If it is low the evap core will not be...

What dash kit did you use for your install? I have that same radio and the kit that came from Crutchfields interferes with the volume knob.
