I did go through this thread and while similar, I just don;t understand why manually forcing the valves open the suspension will not go down - unless as was stated that there is a shock over-extension lock/safety.

Is this actually a thing? This is a definite possibility as it is seriously jacked right up. I didnt know that they had a over-extended lock thing. The bags are DEFINITELY fully inflated. There is a touch of bounce but it is ROCK hard. Like driving a tank.
