Every vehicle made in the last 5 yrs (at least) has event data recorders. I’ve seen the printouts and even the lowly Chev Aveo has it. The guy wanting to disable all this stuff is that guy we have all met in the bar or at a party ...... you just smile and nod as you walk away.
