Yes i have with the extension. I don't have any pics of the before I repainted it. But it will rust at every weld point where it is held together.

I have the same one. Works great only downfall is its not painted very well at all. Mine and my brothers both started rusting in the first month. Highly recommend painting with bed liner before putting on truck.
