I have a set of mounting pins for 2 MaxTrax and trying to figure out the best way to mount them to my SSO roof rack. Does anybody have thoughts (and/or pictures) of how best to mount them? Thanks!

Not fun. I purposely got my TRDORP without a sunroof since I knew it would have a full roof rack and thinking this problem could be more likely when offroad. But it seems more likely to happen at high speed on the road ....

Thanks for posting the pics jhguth !! I'm working on this same project currently and your tips are just what I needed. I'm curious; how did you get the wires through the grommet (ie - make a clean hole without destroying it)? Also, any concerns about it leaking there? Cheers!
