thanks a lot for the quick reply - I had heard that the newer model bumpers took a good deal of work to fit, but i'm really glad to hear that's not exactly the case. Identical fenders and hood's even better (my fenders weren't messed up in the first place).

Hey, i'm replacing the entire front end of my '97 4runner, and i'm wondering about a possible upgrade... i believe that the '99 - '02 model headlights, grille, and hood can be switched out w/ the '97 model, however the bumper alone would require a good deal of retrofitting, which i don't...
