Turns out they are the 6-lug. Is a lift kit needed since they are 17" and the stock come 16"?

I'm new on here. Interested in duplicating the 17" wheels on your 4runner. I have just purchased 2007 tundra wheels for my 1999 toyota 4runner SR5. What all is needed to make this transformation. Love how yours looks, I have the same color scheme without the gunmetal rims. Let me know. Thanks
