Going through this same conundrum, or similar. Had a random misfire code. No specific cylinder. Ran rough. Check engine light came on. Changed coil packs. Checked plugs and wires. New fuel filter. Still had a little misfire once it warmed up and was started. Checked oil and it looked terrible...
