Mine are aluminum and I'd say it's a safe bet that any you see that aren't painted/finished/coated are either aluminum or stainless.

FWIW, sell the TRD skid on here/ebay/craigslist and get a full set of Bud's stuff. Link to pics of mine in sig :) Finally got them off road a couple weeks ago. Banged them up a bit. They did their job.
