I like the KO2's, put them on my 4Runner the day after I bought it. Also have them on our FJCruiser, F350 and F150. One thing to consider is if you travel much and need a tire- like I did in the middle of BF Utah last summer- KO2's are more commonly found than some of the other brands.

The OEM Panasonic batteries are very good- we got 8 or so years out of one in our 2011 FJCruiser. I'd have replaced it with another but I could not find one anywhere- I don't think Panasonic sells them in the US.

My 2019 does not have the propeller shaft zerk like my 2011 FJC has. Both have zerks for the U-joints.

I'm trying to figure out what y'all are doing that would tear safety chain loops off a 4R hitch?

Johnson Controls sold their battery business last year to Clarios. This year Exide was sold to Stryten. Wonder when East Penn will change hands.....

My 2020 F150 has a Ford transfer case- the name is cast into the housing. No idea if Ford actually makes it or it is contracted out. It uses Mercon LV for lube. My 1996 F350 has a BorgWarner transfer case. It uses Mercon for lube.

Must be a standard price at Discount Tire- the day after I bought my 2019 TRDORP I went to Discount Tire and they gave me $500 for all 5 tires only. Which I used on a set of 5 KO2's.

The glare can be atrocious- that and when off road coming up a steep climb with a sharp angle breakover drop down- the scoop blocks part of your view. I bought a forward looking cam, that I've yet to install, just because of that second issue. It would be different maybe if the scoop...

AFAIK axle wrap only occurs on leaf spring suspensions- which the 5th gen 4R doesn't have.

Greasing the slip joints on the drive line fixes it for awhile- been dealing with it for years on my 2011 FJC.

Ok so this explains the guy camped near me this past week- had a new Tacoma- damn thing was beeping a LOT. Was really annoying in an otherwise peaceful setting. I thought he was doing it to just be an A-hole...IMO a very stupid design. Why be so annoying?
