Most definitely, but it may require some slight modification. I've done two installs, one on my '97 and and my '02 with minimal issues. The aftermarket tweeters sometimes have a fancy pants cover/grill. If you just pop it off it should fit nicely in the stock sail location.

You'll have to get an inch pound wrench. I had the same face palm when replacing my fan clutch. :redbrick:
