I've seen the UCA's in person when I went to get my exhaust from DirtyDeeds and they look great. Comparable to the aftermarket UCA's offered by Camburg and TotalChaos, and I'm pretty sure he offers both Uni-ball and the OEM ball joint options.

It's not mandatory at all just recommended by ARB, I was able to get into alignment fine with Bilstein 5100s and OME coils with the 5100s at the +1.5" position.

You'll be fine running the 03-04 manifold just need to get a module that mimics air injection - ask Keith at Dirty Deeds, he knows which module it is and where to get it. From what I understand the air injection only functions for the first 15-30 sec after ignition and the module just mimics...

Get rid of the muffler and run a side exit from the y-pipe out below the drivers side window...

Highway cruising it is barely audible, but once you start on the throttle you can hear the deep rumble. Maintains a crisp exhaust note throughout the RPM range with zero drone (due to the Helmholtz resonator). I had the whole system installed for $495 out the door, not sure what the cost would...

I'm loving it, quiet when you want it to be and loud but not overbearing when you step on it. Even the startup sound is heaps better.

CXS Around 230-240 is getting up there for oil temp, you're probably fine at 220. It seems like an airflow issue, which could be simply because of the design of the front fascia or perhaps to the fan performing inadequately. If you are dead set on trying to lower the temperature I'd clean off...
