Given that I'm biased toward spending more money, is there any reason why you are going entry level on all your equipment and choosing not to replace the 3.5" speaker or have you not choosen one yet?

It's going to sound different in every vehicle, hence the different profiles per vehicle. All your getting is a factory processor with time alignment probably, I doubt it would be worth the time personally, but then again I have thousands in my own sound system so I already what time alignment...

Napas synthetic oil is on sale until the end of the month, $3.49 a quart I believe while the regular is $4.39 a quart. Just bought ten quarts for myself, I drive 4th gen though. :)

Theres nothing wrong with running lossless files or converting them to high Bit rate Mp3s, but at certain point, youre not going to be able to hear the difference in stock speakers, particularly on the tweeter side. I love running Flacs through my P99RS, its always night and day difference. :)

To put things more in perspective, its just like everything else factory. A better option exists, it just depends on what you want to spend the money on. Yeah your stock suspension will take you off road, but lets be honest, you wouldnt mind having that nice Icon system. ;)

People that want a "real" audio experience buy their own speakers and notice a world of difference. Most factory speakers sound terrible, I've never personally found a set that I enjoyed. Buy new speakers, that my .02.

Dont go with Kappas, theyll be harsh. Look around and spend a little more on a quality speaker you can reuse.

Run a ground from the headunit and ground it at the same point as your amp. Best/easiest situation.

Morel CAW938 9" Cast Frame Woofer 297-086 Do you think something like this would work? Morel has some nice drivers and I know they're light weight. Depth would be fine, how did you get those baffles to work then, arent they 5" depth? Also did you notice any issues with the shocks on the lift...

Question was the window able to go all the way, and what would you happen to know what the maximum mounting depth for this would have been for other woofers?
